Pls do not enroll with them and waste your money. They are not offering what they are promising during signing in. Infact we got fooled and they didn't respond to our problems.we lost all our money and these guys never bothered about customer satisfaction.Instead you will get very good deals on other online sites. It is better not to trust them and save your hard earned money.

This is very disappointing that your team is not reverting our calls and messages. We are trying to book our holiday plan from the month of January 2024. After so many follow up with your teams so many calls and chat with your team the only answer we have received is the inventory is full for the month since January 2024. And we are trying to book hotels for Saturday and Sunday they are not booking the rooms and the reason that the hotel is full for Saturday and Sunday. But after we had a call with the hotel owner we came to know that the rooms are available for that Saturday and Sunday. Your team pretended to be extremely helpful in the initial period of the book. But now they are not responding to our calls and messages we have to take so many follow ups and they kept forwarding my call and kept me on hold for over a week but still not booking done.

Saffire holidays pvt ltd booked some 3 star hotels for me for different cities when I was on 12 days road trip.Experience was good,except for 2 properties.However,Sneha madam cooperated to me during the bookings. I thank her for her cooperation.Hotel kshipram was below average.(Not worth according to I paid to saffire)Hotel Hampton by Hilton (very good property. Fully satisfied)Hotel Manek Dwarka was ok ok.(again not satisfied)Hotel Somnath gateway was good. It was also a satisfactory.I hope in my future bookings saffire will serve me bit better than this times booking.

I have booked 3 nights package for my recent Darjeeling trip through my Saffire membership plan. Initially I faced some issues with booking but ultimately on the last day I got a good deal i.e Hotel Central Gleneagles, Mall Road, 3 star hotel but experience was very nice, they provided complimentary breakfast buffet, electric blanket, geyser, clean and big room having very good view and also the hotel was very near to Mall Road. Receptionist Mr. Rudolf and team were very polite and always helpful. Thanks to Team Saffire and Central Gleneagles for this nice experience.

We recently booked our 2nd vacation with Saffire Holidays. Mr. Ravi helped us with the bookings and he suggested the best hotel. The rooms are spacious and it is situated right in the centre of Aravalli Hills and far far off the hustle and bustle of city. Great views. Good food and amazing hospitality.
